Message in the Log tab:

"Error has occurred between Ninjatrader and MZpack.NT8.dll. Please send a message to NinjaTrader Support Staff via Control Center => Help => E-mail Support. Please ensure the box next to 'Log and Trace Files' is checked and reference the case number QA-3581"


Solution:

  1. Repair NinjaTrader tick database: Tools - Database Management - Repar DB. Restart Ninja. If this didn't help see #2.
  2. Close NinjaTrader. Delete 'Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db' folder. You will lose all loaded market data. Backup this folder before deleting. Ninja will re-create \db folder on next run.
